Once approved, you get a unique pickup code. Go to your chosen EzMobile machine, type or scan the code, confirm with your ID number and the machine releases your boxed phone.

It's a 12-month rental. You pay a fixed monthly amount and can upgrade, return or keep the phone at the end of the term.

A valid South African ID, a cellphone number, proof of income (latest payslip) and a bank account for your debit order.

Most applicants get an answer in under 5 minutes, right on the screen.

Pickup codes are valid for 72 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one at no cost.
